Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology (RASET), established in 2001, is a private self-financing technical institution affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.
RASET is an endeavour of the Sacred Heart Province of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI) - the first-ever indigenous religious congregation for men in the Syrian Catholic tradition of Christianity in India. The CMIs draw inspiration from their founding father, the Blessed Kuriakose Elias Chavara, and are renowned as pioneers of education, having established institutions of excellence imparting quality education, across the length and breadth of the state and in various parts of India and abroad.

1. ADMISSION IS PURELY ON MERIT BASIS.
2. 60% WEIGHTAGE WILL BE GIVEN TO CET MARKS AND 40% WEIGHTAGE TO 12th STD. MARKS.
3. FEES TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION: ONE LAKH INTEREST FREE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND Rs - 49,000/ TUITION FEES .
4. QUOTA UNDER DIFFERENT CATEGORIES
5. OPEN MERIT – 40%
6. SC/ST – 5%
7. CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY – 35%
8. LATIN CATHOLIC – 3%
9. DALIT CHRISTIANS – 2%
10. NRI – 15%
11. 5% WEIGHTAGE WILL BE GIVEN TO CATHOLICS (RCSC /LC/MC) TO CONSIDER IN COMMUNITY MERIT.
